One major issue that I need to address is coming up with various topics to talk about while blocking all the negative and insecure thoughts that roam around the insides of my brain. When this happens, the words I'm prepared to say seems to get stuck down my throat and I start to get into panic attacks, although unnoticed. What this causes is people start judging me as a quiet person and I seem to stop trying, knowing that they don't expect anything more out of me. What I need to do next time:
*Say what you feel. If you have a question, don't be afraid to ask
*BE CONFIDENT
*Think of what to say instead of what others are thinking
