Today was not so different than yesterday. i did not make any major mistakes in terms of dealing with customers and orders. i did however felt nervous and my confidence level was pretty low. I failed to respond well to a couple of customer's friendly banter but I did manage to answer a customer's question perfectly, without any stuttering and nervous tone. I will focus my attention next time on clearing my head of all the anxiety and nervousness before I step on that platform.
I also have to stop being nervous every time I'm asking a co-worker some question because I come off as dumb and incompetent.
THINGS I NEED TO KEEP IN MIND:
*Don't get nervous when holding up a line. It's better to hold up a line than make a major mistake.
*Learn how to talk slow and clear to prevent anxiety
*Learn how to be polite and courteous but never put the customer on a pedestal
*Be a man AND GROW SOME BALLS!!!
