There are a lot of things that I need to know in order to be successful on cash. Dealing with normal orders will be a breeze. Dealing with others such as delivery, cash and carry and void will be another thing. I just need a couple more days of training and i'll be fine.
Dealing with customers will be a totally new experience for me. My attitude and performance will solely depend on how I interact with them. One thing I must not forget to do is greet them with a smile on my face and actually MEAN IT! Faking it won't make a difference because my attitude is connected to my body language. They have to be in sync in order for them to work properly. If I reach my comfort zone with customers then I will be efficient in this position.
Chopping will be an ease once I'm in the groove. First I have to take care of my attitude towards customers then worry about chopping. And I don't have to do a lot of worrying once I'm in the zone.
The first two weeks will make or break the beginning of my career as a manshier. If I survive the first two weeks then I will be fine. And I will survive the first two weeks. I have to. I have no choice. GOTTA GET BUSY!
