ADDRESSING COMMON STICKING POINTS

Once again, I have failed to take charge of my emotions and composure when I needed them the most. Nervousness, unfamiliarity and lack of experience are once again to blame for my short comings. I did however manage to figure out through simulation in my head how to prevent such mishap to happen again in the future.

* I have to CLEAR MY HEAD from all the garbage that might throw me off my game. Useless junk such as fear and uncertainty can make or break my day and its best if I eliminate these obstacles as soon as possible. I can accomplish this by SHOCK AND AWE (Say or do something out of the ordinary relative to your normal behavior the moment you think about it. This has been proven by you time and time again. It is completely fool proof)

* Stop being so damn AFRAID OF SPEAKING YOUR MIND!!!!!!!!!!! Being afraid affects the outcome of whatever it is you wish to say in the form of poor voice projection, tonality and body language. You can get over this by speaking slowly and projecting your voice loud and clear. Also try to maintain eye contact as long as possible.

* When inside the CO, USE SHOCK AND AWE ASAP!!! Try going natural first and then follow up with canned material.

I have the material I need to succeed!!! I need to believe in myself a lot more now that I know I can do this!!!!! STOP BEING SO NERVOUS AND BE CONFIDENT!!!!
